Shipment processing is normally 1 to 2 business days, the United States only excluding Alaska or Hawaii. We ship priority USPS normally in 2 to 5 business days. This service is not guaranteed by the Postal Service. We do not ship to APO or FPO. All shipping fees are not refundable. The buyer is responsible for returning shipping fees.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is slightly used and not damaged. If you receive damaged merchandise you must contact customer service as soon as possible within your 30 days to arrange a replacement or refund. You must return the product for a refund.
